Qi Zhou is the founder of EthStorage, a layer 2 solution that provides programmable dynamic storage based on Ethereum's data availability. He founded Ethstorage aiming to reduce the storage cost of large amounts of data on Ethereum. As the founder, Qi Zhou is actively working on the decentralized access protocol EIP-4804: Web3 URL Standard, and building out the EthStorage platform.
