Nicolas Heyer

Nicolas Heyer is the Chief Operating Officer of Group Compliance and Head of the Group Whistleblowing System at Volkswagen AG in Germany. Heyer is a featured speaker at the upcoming C5 Anti-Corruption London conference in June 2024.  He will be participating in the opening remarks and panel discussions at the event. Heyer has extensive experience in compliance and whistleblowing systems. In his role at Volkswagen, he is responsible for overseeing the company's global compliance program and leading its whistleblowing system. Before Volkswagen, Heyer held various compliance and legal roles at other organizations.  He is recognized as an expert in the field of corporate compliance and anti-corruption.
