Marie Noelle Savoie

Marie-Noelle Savoie is the Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Legal, Compliance, and Security at the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC). She has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, including her current position at BCLC where she is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, as well as managing the company's risk and security functions. Marie-Noelle joined BCLC in 2018 as Vice President of Legal and Compliance, and in 2020, she was appointed as Chief Compliance Officer. She is a member of the senior executive team and reports to the President and CEO, Pat Davis. Before joining BCLC, Marie-Noelle held various legal and compliance roles in the financial services industry, including at TD Bank and CIBC. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Marie-Noelle is also a member of the International Association of Gaming Advisors, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the Canadian Association of Compliance Professionals. She is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and ensuring that the gaming industry operates in a socially responsible manner
