Marc Raibert

Marc Raibert is the Executive Director of the Boston Dynamics AI Institute, a Hyundai Motor Group organization. Raibert was the founder, former CEO, and now Chairman of Boston Dynamics. Before starting Boston Dynamics, Raibert was a professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT and an associate professor of Computer Science and Robotics at Carnegie Mellon University. 

 

Raibert played a significant role as the founder and executive director of the AI institute, his strategic approach aimed to create the smartest and most intelligent machines, that emphasized a balance between software and hardware advancements to achieve animal and human levels of athleticism.
