Jieyi Long is the Co-Founder of Theta Labs, Inc. and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at the company. Founded Theta Labs in 2017 along with Ryan Nicholas and Mitch L, a peer-to-peer data streaming and deploying ecosystem which is creating the building blocks to connect millions of devices in the emerging global edge blockchain networks. The next-generation esports entertainment platform Theta Labs has successfully increased 36+ Million USD from different VCs including DCM, Samsung, and Sony.
Being served as a Research Assistant at Northwestern University, Jieyi has researched and published several publications including Research Works in Blockchain, Distributed Consensus, Virtual Reality, and Electronic Design Automation. In addition, previously Co-Founded MadSkill Game Studios, developing a real-time massive multiplayer game engine and MMO games for mobile ecosystems. Before working Co-Founding MadSkill Game Studios, he held the position of R&D Engineer at Synopsys, a secure, smart software development company that is at the heart of innovations powering this new era of technology.
