Heather Masterson

Heather Masterson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Travelers Canada and a member of the company’s Board of Directors.  She joined Travelers Canada in 2015 as its Chief Operating Officer and became the company’s President and CEO a year later. Before joining Travelers, she was President and CEO at Totten Insurance Group and a senior executive at Hub International and AIG. She is the Past Chair of the Insurance Institute of Canada’s National Board of Governors, is a Board member of both the Equit Association and Property and Casualty Compensation Corporation

Heather is a Global Ambassador for The Insurance Supper Club served on the Board as Treasurer, and is a former Board member of the General Insurance Statistical Agency and the Women’s Brain Health Initiative. Heather has received notable industry recognition for her leadership.
