Ferrero International SpA commonly known as Ferrero Group, is an Italian multinational company headquartered in Alba. It is the manufacturer of branded chocolate and confectionery products, and the second-biggest chocolate producer and confectionery company in the world.

It was founded on 14th May 1946, it saw tremendous growth and success under Pietro's son Michele Ferrero, Ferrero headed by executive chairman Giovanni Ferrero. it includes 38 trading companies,18 factories, and 40000 employees. It also produces 365000 tonnes of Nutella each year.

Ferrero uses one-quarter of the world's annual hazelnut supply.It also produces the line of Ferrero branded chocolate products, including Pocket Coffee,[40] Mon Chéri, Confetteria Raffaello
