Mr. Osmanov has about 20 years of experience in information technologies, implementing several digital transformation initiatives in the banking sector. During his professional career, Mr. Osmanov focused on both the adoption of information and payment systems, covering ever-changing business needs and business process optimization to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business process management. Nowadays, his main strategic focus is to establish a cashless economy and accelerate the creation of a digital ecosystem in Azerbaijan. Mr. Osmanov holds an MSc in information systems and management; and is certified as an ITSM expert, practitioner in project management, and ISO/IEC 27001 information security standard implementer.
