Elena Sinelnikova is a Canadian technology leader and blockchain entrepreneur who co-founded Metis and ZKM. She is also the co-founder and CEO of CryptoChicks, a nonprofit organization focused on education and professional development in blockchain and emerging technologies. Throughout her career, Sinelnikova has worked across software development, enterprise architecture, public-sector technology, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3. Before entering the blockchain industry, she worked in software architecture and application development. She holds a master's degree in computer science from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET). She has also received the Women in Web3 Award at the Women in Tech North America Awards.

Elena Sinelnikova began her career in software development and enterprise architecture, working on technology projects for government and public-sector organizations. She spent more than 14 years with the Edmonton Police Service, where she held roles including Solutions Architect, Team Lead, and Applications Analyst, working on public-safety systems. In 2017, she co-founded CryptoChicks and became its CEO. She later moved into blockchain infrastructure through her work with Metis and ZKM, while also taking on a co-founder and Fractional COO role at GOAT Network.
