Elena Sinelnikova began her career in software development and enterprise architecture, working on technology projects for government and public-sector organizations. She spent more than 14 years with the Edmonton Police Service, where she held roles including Solutions Architect, Team Lead, and Applications Analyst, working on public-safety systems. In 2017, she co-founded CryptoChicks and became its CEO. She later moved into blockchain infrastructure through her work with Metis and ZKM, while also taking on a co-founder and Fractional COO role at GOAT Network. Her current work spans blockchain infrastructure, Web3 operations, decentralized systems, zero-knowledge technology, and emerging AI applications.
