Key features of the metaverse include real-time activity where users can collaborate and build relationships with people around the world; user agency where users have the power to create and control their digital assets; and lastly security and privacy to make sure a user has a safe environment. Sandbox was founded in the year 2011 by Arthur Madrid and Sebastien Borget.
