BIT Foundation

The BIT Foundation is the non-profit arm of Blacks In Technology, the largest community of Black individuals in the technology industry. They bridge the gap between Black tech professionals and the industry, advocating for equality and inclusion. Through training, education, networking, and mentorship, they strive to level the playing field and empower their members globally. Supported by allies, partners, sponsors, and a passionate community, they aim to effect real change in a sector historically lacking diversity. They work towards a future where every voice in tech is heard and valued.
