Brett has increased revenue development with institutional clients and mobilized FinTech firms as an accomplished business builder and innovation in Financial Services. Brett is bridging the gap between finance 1.0 and the crypto economy at Coinbase. Coinbase is committed to the institutionalization of cryptocurrency. This involves expanding the institutional client base, expanding the Sales team, delivering new products and services that institutional investors want, and continuing to educate the institutional community about cryptocurrency as an asset class and its place in a diversified portfolio. Brett hired and managed big teams while incubating and launching various lines of business as the Global Head of Sales at Barclays.

 

He established the Digital position in sales and trade, implementing new technologies and altering current platforms, including the establishment of a digital bank prototype. Brett is presently on the Advisory Board of Eightfold.ai, where he is assisting them in scaling their AI-based financial services hiring and retention platform. Brett formerly worked at JP Morgan in sales, trading, and structuring, where he innovated credit derivatives and structuring platforms.
