Asiff Hirji is the President of MoonPay, a leading company in the financial technology sector. Before joining MoonPay, he served as the President of Figure, a company transforming financial services through blockchain technology. At Figure, Hirji focused on expanding internationally, launching new products, and scaling the investing, banking, and payment businesses. He also held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Coinbase, where he led the company to significant growth and expansion, achieving 40x growth in volume and $1 billion in revenue. Hirji's background includes private equity and venture capital investment and advisory roles, such as Operating Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Senior Advisor at Bain Capital and Advent International, Chief Restructuring Officer at HP, and Partner at TPG Capital. He began his career as a software engineer at IBM Labs and has taught a highly-rated MBA course on private equity at the University of California Berkeley's Haas School of Business
