Amy Greenwood

Amy Greenwood-Field is a nationally recognized expert in Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) compliance. She is a Member (Partner) in McGlinchey's Consumer Financial Services Compliance practice group and has extensive experience in the field. Greenwood-Field has a background in state regulation, having worked as a state regulator for 15 years before joining McGlinchey. Her involvement in the development, testing, and planning of the NMLS since its inception has given her a deep understanding of the system and its regulations. She is particularly knowledgeable about the S.A.F.E. Act for mortgage lenders and has a strong track record of assisting clients with NMLS compliance.
