Aimée Eubanks Davis is the Founder and CEO of Braven, a national non-profit organization focused on empowering underrepresented college students to develop the skills, confidence, experiences, and networks to secure strong first jobs after graduation. Before founding Braven in 2013, Eubanks Davis spent the majority of her career at Teach For America, holding various senior leadership roles including Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Public Affairs and Engagement. In these roles, she led the organization's work around human capital, diversity, and strategic initiatives. Eubanks Davis is known as a passionate advocate for higher education outcomes, workforce diversity, and economic opportunity. She has been recognized for her leadership, including being named a 2019 Obama Foundation Fellow, a Pahara-Aspen Fellow, and one of Essence Magazine's "50 Black Women Founders to Watch".Eubanks Davis graduated from Mount Holyoke College and currently resides in Chicago with her husband and three children. She is described as a curious and intentional leader who has navigated an impressive career path, driven by a desire to address systemic challenges and create more equitable opportunities
