Adesoji leads Absa Group’s Fintech &Banks in Africa out of London.  He has 15+ years of experience leading teams in fintech, banks, investment banking, equity research, and venture investments. He created the equity story for Africa and Egypt's largest fintech IPO as Director and head of Fintech & Banks. Adesoji is responsible for leading a team of investment banking professionals in originating and executing strategic transactions for FinTech and clients across Africa and other markets. He plays a key role in strengthening Absa’s position as a growing investment banking partner in the rapidly evolving fintech and banking ecosystems. Before his role, Adesoji served as the director at Renaissance Capital where he built a strong track record of sourcing and managing investments in other markets. He also held roles as a consultant at Renewable Energy Fund and Investment Analyst at VEF, where he gained valuable experience in fintech sectors, respectively.
