Adam Jiwan is a Canadian entrepreneur and investor. He has experience of twenty years, of founding, investing in, and growing innovative companies across a range of industries. He also implanted or was an early investor in innumerable tech businesses including Avant, which in 2015 was ranked by Forbes as the sixth-most promising company in America, Amount, Draftkings, Skills, among many others. He founded Spring Labs with his collaborators Anna, and Adam in 2017, and is based in Marina Del Rey, California, United States. Spring labs, is a California-based technology company that specializes in building a decentralized network with which financial institutions and consumers can use financial services. The platform provides for financial institutions, such as banks, lenders, and data providers to improve data security and efficiency. Adam served as CEO of Europe and Asia for TPG-Axon and held roles at Soros Fund Management, The Blackstone Group, and Goldman Sachs.
Adam is currently the Co-Chairman and co-controlling dividend of Assembly Software, a leading litigation software company that powers over 2,500 the-prosecution-focused litigation law firms in the United States. Preceding this, Adam Jiwan was a co-founder and chairman of Future Finance, a leading European student finance company. Adam has earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College where he remains co-chair of the 2001 class’ gift and leadership committees, he resides in Los Angeles.
