Yajin Zhou is the founder of BlockSec and has also been a young professor since 2018, in both the college of computer science and technology at Zhejiang University, China. He is a senior researcher at Qihoo 360 and has successfully published over 40 papers with over 7500+ citations(Google Scholar). He was recognized in the Most Influential Scholar Award Honorable Mention by ranking #6 from 2011-2020 for his contributions to the sectors of security and privacy. 

 

He is aiming to figure out and solve real-world issues, develop secure software systems, and create a real impact through his research across the globe. In 2021, along with Lei Wu, Yajin founded BlockSec, a platform that provides security to the leading decentralized finance applications, focusing on smart contract security based in China. Yajin Zhao believes that there are various ways to achieve the company’s objective in the current industry and decided to be proactive and conduct code audits via specific techniques including Fuzzing in any given operation.
