Wilfred Daye

Wilfred Daye is the CEO and Co-founder of Sylvanus Technologies, a portfolio and risk analytics SaaS platform. Having more than 20 years of experience investing and trading in capital markets, investment banking, and hedge funds, Wilfred is a seasoned innovator in fintech and digital assets with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful businesses in the emerging digital asset sector. He is the Co-founder of Samara Alpha Management, a digital asset funds-of-funds and seeding platform that monetizes market dislocations in nascent asset classes. Previously, he was the CEO of Securitize Capital, the first digital asset manager to tokenize institutional-grade investment products, and Enigma Securities, a crypto broker and liquidity provider. Prior to venturing into digital assets, Wilfred developed his knowledge of financial markets through positions at UBS, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and ZS Structured Capital Management/D.B. Zwirn. He began his career in securitized products at Lehman Brothers. Wilfred holds an MS in Financial Engineering. He completed a fellowship in molecular pathology at the University of Southern California, holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses, and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
