Tom Ahern

Tom Ahern is the Global Head of Client Coverage for the BNYM Corporate Trust business. The business provides core offerings such as trustee, administration, and agency services to help issuers expertly navigate the debt capital markets. Tom has over 20 years of industry experience and holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick. Tom is responsible for managing and enhancing existing client relationships within the business both from a revenue and partnership perspective, growing new business revenues, and executing the business's key strategic initiatives and product enhancements. 

Before taking on his current role, Tom was responsible for the corporate trust business in EMEA. Responsibilities included creating and implementing region-specific strategy, employing appropriate governance oversight, and creating superior shareholder value for the company through business performance/P&L management.
