Thomas Littlechild is the Assistant General Counsel, International, for Financial Crimes at Wells Fargo. In this role, he advises primarily on the laws governing financial and trade sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, and corruption, as well as investigations, compliance, market abuse, ethics, and regulatory matters. Before joining Wells Fargo, Littlechild was the dedicated financial crime lawyer at Santander UK. He has also previously worked as a senior associate at Ropes & Gray, specializing in white-collar crime, investigations, and compliance, and as an associate at the white-collar crime boutique Ropes and Partners. Littlechild is a regular speaker at industry conferences and events, where he shares his expertise on topics related to financial crimes, compliance, and regulatory matters.
