Sunayna joined the Federal Reserve System in 2021 as its first Chief Innovation Officer. With a bias for action, she leads the Fed's innovation agenda in collaboration with business and technology partners to strengthen innovation culture across the 12 Reserve Banks and the Board of Governors and to ship meaningful outcomes that deliver value to the constituents and communities that we serve. Sunayna brings 10+ years of global experience leading change and innovation at the nexus of finance, technology, and policy.

• She was the Managing Director and head of Digital Assets & DLT (Blockchain, Crypto) at TD Ameritrade from 2019 to 2021
• She also served as Head of Strategic Partnerships & Emerging Technologies at TD Ameritrade.
