Stephen Richardson is the Head of APAC and VP of Product Strategy and Business Solutions at Fireblocks. He has worked in both traditional and crypto-focused financial organizations for many years. Structure, development, and evaluate strategic prospects with traditional financial services and native digital asset companies that align with the expansion of the Fireblocks platform are all part of his job at Fireblocks.

Before joining Fireblocks, Stephen worked as a Senior Manager in Accenture Strategy's Financial Services business, where he focused on improving customer experience and digital enablement initiatives for major financial institutions. Before joining Accenture, Stephen worked for Noble Markets as Head of Strategy and Head of Product (Business). Stephen was in charge of reviewing and implementing major strategic objectives for Noble, which included the development of Noble's banking and trade settlement products. Stephen graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. and Washington University in St. Louis with an MBA (Olin School of Business).
