Siddharth Sureka

Siddharth is a seasoned AI leader in the financial services space. He currently heads the Cognitive AI team at Charles Schwab, where he leads a team to build AI solutions for unmet client needs. His team helped deliver a cross-enterprise, omnichannel conversational ecosystem to serve clients at scale by launching the Schwab Assistant experience. More recently, he has been experimenting with advanced technologies in the Generative AI space. Before joining Charles Schwab, Siddharth led a global digital customer experience team and served as a management consultant.
