Shiv Nadar is the Founder of India’s third-largest IT services company, HCL Group. He is well known for being one of the pioneers of the IT and computing industry across India and was awarded the Padma Bhushan for his involvement in the IT industry. He leads the roles of Technologies, Strategic Advisor Chairman, and Chairman Emeritus of the Board in the industry. Shiv is recognized as the third richest person in India with $11.2 Billion HCL Technology revenue and donated $662 Million to Shiv Nadar Foundation.

 

He established the HCL Blockchain Labs, which provides solution-driven practice with professionals across every major enterprise blockchain technology platform. He incorporates a crew that operates with leaders all around a wide range of industries, technology alliances, and consortia with engineering DNA comprised of strong domain expertise, enabling them to deploy business value by utilizing blockchain-based services. He built a platform based on blockchain technology, called CoTrust, and incorporated numerous frameworks that permitted the stabilized and accelerated adoption of blockchain technologies. 

 

He has led the entire company, constantly riding the evolution of the developing IT environment for more than 45 years and maintaining the front of every technological change since 1976. He established the benevolent Shiv Nadar Foundation, which provides endeavors to innovative institutions of transformational education that will continue to nurture and influence the youth of the country. In 2020, Shiv invested US $988 million via the foundation, striking across 34,000 students immediately. Shiv has always discovered that successful platform building is dependent on the creation of result-initiated partnerships and the building of new knowledge.
