Shelley Zalis is the founder and Chief executive officer of the Female Quotient. She is also an entrepreneur and gender equity advocate. The female quotient upholds gender equality in the workplace. Shelley started a movement to eradicate gender bias in media and advertising space. In 2016, Zalis co-founded the non-profit #SeeHer. Established to address gender bias in the workplace. Zalis has also received Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and many other awards for her contribution to the society
