Mr Rosbert Humphrey is currently the Director of the Currency Management Department at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank in St Kitts and Nevis. His main responsibilities include forecasting currency stocks, ordering and managing currency, assessing and analyzing currency behaviors throughout the Eastern Caribbean, and research and strategic policy development. Mr Humphrey has twenty-four (24) years of experience in currency management and operations and is very knowledgeable in this field. He has been a presenter, panelist, and moderator/chair at various international currency conferences, seminars and training programs. Mr Humphrey is an Expert Witness having been certified by De La Rue Currency as competent in the differentiation of counterfeit and genuine XCD banknotes. He is also a Trainer in the delivery of Expert Witness Training to Police and other Law Enforcement Officers in the Eastern Caribbean. Mr Humphrey is a native of St Vincent and The Grenadines. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill) and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom.
