Rohit Wad is the Chief Technology Officer at Binance. He is responsible for leading the engineering teams to help make the benefits of web3 technologies available to everyone and to make sure that the Binance exchange continues to be the most secure, regulated, innovative, and broad exchange on the planet. 

 

Before joining Binance in March 2022, Rohit held the position of Corporate Vice President of Product and Engineering at Microsoft, where he brought Microsoft Teams to form communities and the same sense of connection and communication for those who aren’t part of an enterprise or school. In the past, he also served as Engineering Director and Site Director of Facebook, where he helped grow Facebook Seattle to more than 1,000 engineers.
