Phuong Dao Le is the Senior Business Process Consultant at Health Net, LLC which is a part of the  Centene Corporation. She has been involved in the Health Net since June 2010, working as a Senior Intern in commercial product development. Later, switched to the post of Marketing Coordinator of Medicare Marketing Communications and consequently after working for more than three years became the compliance liaison of Medicare Compliance at Health Net.  

In June 2010, Phuong became a member of the Posse Los Angeles Alumni Committee at The Posse Foundation which is one of the most renowned college access and youth leadership development programs in the United States. She joined the Centene Corporation company in April 2016, holding the position of Senior Compliance Analyst of corporate medicare compliance of the firm. Speaking the awards Phuong has achieved include Harward Prize Book Recipient, Posse Scholar, CMC Posse 3, and What Would YOU Do? April Scenario Winner in association with Health Net, and several other awards.
