Pacman is one of Blur's core contributors and founders. He started his career as a software engineer at Teespring and later founded Strongintro, a venture that went through Y Combinator. Pacman studied Math and Computer Science at MIT, where he was awarded the Thiel Fellowship. This led him to drop and create Namebase. He later sold Namebase to Namecheap, after which he immediately started working on Blur.
Blur created a marketplace that puts professional traders first, a niche not covered by popular platforms that prioritize a simple user experience to attract newcomers. According to Pacman, that focus makes Blur the go-to platform for the “highest growing segment” in the NFT space.
