Ovidiu Faraon is the Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Ronin. Resides in Bucharest, Romania. He has experience of 24+ years and served in many other companies, including Telecom Romania Communications as a Chief Commercial Officer B2B Segment Romania for more than 7 years; Chief Strategy and Commercial B2C Officer, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Romtelecom SA, a privately held telecommunication company, headquartered in Bucharest for 4 years; NextGen Communications as President Of The Board Of Directors for nearly 3 years; RCS&RDS SA as Commercial Director; Commercial Director, Branch Manager at Romania Data Systems SA(RDS) for more than 7 years.




Ovidiu Ghiman was educated at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca Graphic, Faculty of EconomicsBanks and Stock Exchanges. Ovidiu along with Felix Crisan and Bogdan Almasi launched Ronin in March 2021, a blockchain crowdfunding platform for companies, making the platform accessible to small investors in Europe and its goal is to be bureaucracy-free. He believes that business innovation should not be exclusive to tech companies, so they encourage every company to apply for a listing on the platform if they aim to bring change to their field. His goal is to make Ronin a community of Romanian entrepreneurs who, connected by identical experiences and clashes, will be able to support each other and grow together.
