Before joining Morgan Stanley, Noah served as the division counsel for the United States drug enforcement administration’s New York division, also serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the eastern district of New York, where he held many supervisory positions, like Special Coordinator for Crimes Against Children and Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Section.
