Michelle Figueroa is the founder of the Good News Movement with 5M followers across the globe. She has 15 years of experience as a bilingual journalist, producer, and filmmaker, for CNN en Espanol. She's also contributed to CNN.com, PBS/World Channel, WGBH, NPR/WBUR, Al Jazeera (AJ+), NY Post, Fusion, Discovery, Univision, and Hearst.
As a journalist for national networks, she worked as a salesperson for the local Univision station. Before that, she worked as the Marketing Director of Telemundo Boston in her early 20s and in Houghton Mifflin's College Division. Now Michelle runs The Good News Movement's social media platform where she curates GOOD NEWS ONLY because you are the good news. She is also the author of Best best-selling children's book A Good Thing Happened Today.
