Michael Wagner is a serial entrepreneur and founder with a formal background in capital markets analysis, economics, and valuation methods. He has founded multiple companies centered around the emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with Star Atlas being his most recent venture. Collectively, Wagner possesses over 10 years of experience in capital markets analysis, holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, 7+ years in blockchain, 24+ years in gaming, and 5+ years in executive leadership. As the CEO of Star Atlas, he represents the next generation of business leaders creating a new world economy founded on principles of permissionless and decentralized governance and data exchange, merging the real and virtual worlds. Wagner has also served as the Founder and Managing Director of Digital Asset Holdings, a consultative investment management firm guiding the emerging digital currency and cryptocurrency asset class. He holds a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
