Mary Catherine Lader is the Chief Operating Officer of Uniswap. Mary oversees the growth, ventures, operations, and strategy of the company to support the world’s largest decentralized exchange protocol across the globe. Currently, she is serving as a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an independent, nonpartisan membership firm, and publisher. 

 

In the past, she has been a Fintech investor and co-founder of hiWatson, a technology and information firm that empowers the 1099 economy by offering an all-in-one system for independent contractors. Moreover, Mary was working as a Managing Director at BlackRock, where she held the positions of COO of the company’s digital wealth business, head of its climate tech business, and led strategic financial technology investments and the company’s blockchain activities.
