Vice President at American Express. Co-Founder and CTO of Sometrics, acquired by AmEx in 2011. Sometrics is a software company that develops virtual currency and payment management tools and technology for social applications, games and websites across the internet. Co-founder (firm founded in my garage) and CTO, as well as member of the board of directors. Responsible for all technology operations, general management of the business, and member of the board of directors from inception of business in 2007 to final acquisition of business by American Express in 2011. Firm raised two rounds of venture capital. First round in 2008 by Mailroom Fund (William Morris Talent Agency, Accel, Venrock, AT&T), Greycroft Partners, and Big Sky Partners. Second round in 2010 led by Steam Boat Ventures (Disney) with participation by all first round investors.
