Ilya Komolin is a New York-based Co-Founder and Head of Design at Rarible. He provides a creative vision not just for the design team but the whole organization by establishing processes and practices for realizing that vision and setting the bar of quality. 

 

Before establishing Rarible in 2020, along with Alexei Falin and Alexander Salnikov, Ilya Komolin spent part of his career serving as a Senior Product Designer at Yandex, a technology firm that builds intelligent products and services powered by machine learning, for seven years. In his early days back in 2013, Ilya co-founded Common App, an experience-sharing platform, where he also held the position of a product designer.
