Kaare is the group CTO and CPO at Concordia. The company brings together world-class cryptographic experts, exceptional software developers, and global business leaders with experience in a variety of fields and businesses. Kaare holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Aarhus and comes to Concordium after managing the Core Infrastructure group at a fast-growing American pre-IPO firm. He established the company in 15 time zones, formed high-performing teams, and opened offices in Denmark and Lithuania.

 

He was previously a manager at Uber, where he was in charge of Core Storage, which built highly scalable distributed ledger and storage solutions, first in Denmark and then in Toronto, Canada, where he also served as the Site Lead, putting all of Uber's Toronto operations under one roof. Kate was previously a co-founder of the consultancy firm Silver Bullet, where he assisted in the digital transformation of the Danish public sector, with a focus on PKI secured service to citizens.
