Justin Robbins

Justin Robbins serves as an Evangelist at 8x8, a leading provider of cloud communications and customer engagement solutions. He began his customer experience when he was just 12 years old by cold-calling my neighbors for newspaper subscriptions. Since then he gained experience managing diverse contact center teams and functions, building front-of-house service organizations, leading global training and development practices, authoring consumer and technology research studies, and creating marketing programs and strategies.

With his extensive experience and expertise, Justin works tirelessly to empower organizations to leverage cutting-edge technology to drive growth and success. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors at CX Accelerator, a non-profit community that exists to equip, encourage, and connect customer experience professionals at every stage of their career journey.
