He founded several companies such as ePrize, which is an interactive promotion agency, where he worked as CEO and Executive Chairman.
He was born in a Jewish family on July 28, 1970. He is an American entrepreneur, author, and Keynote speaker. He is a continuous writer for Fast company, Inc.Magazine, and Forbes. He was one of the speakers at TEDx Detroit in September 2011. On August 18, 2011, U.S. President Barack Obama gave him a Champion of Change grant in the youth entrepreneur category. He won an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year grant in the Realizing Business Potential classification for the Central Great Lakes Region in 2004.
He studied jazz guitar at Berklee College of Music, was an Advertising major as an undergrad at the University of Florida, and holds honorary doctorate degrees from Lawrence Technological University and Walsh College. He is likewise an Entrepreneur-In-Residence and Adjunct Professor of Applied Creativity at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
