Jorge Mendes is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cell C. bringing with him nearly 3 decades of experience in the sector, including a notable 23-year tenure at Vodacom. Mendes is recognized for his strategic vision and leadership skills, which are pivotal as Cell C navigates its recovery from financial distress.

He holds a strong educational background, having completed the Advanced Executive Development Program at Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership and the Senior Management Development Program at Wits Business School.
