Joel Tosi is the Chief Technology Officer at Moov Finance. Joel develops, implements, manages, and evaluates the technology resources at Moov Finance. He focuses mainly on examining the requirements while utilizing capital to make investments that benefit the platform in achieving its objective. Before joining Moov Finance in May 2021, Joel served as Vice President of Integration Services and Gateway Technology at Fiserv, a globally leading technology offering platform that serves the financial industry, payments, risk, and compliance.  

Joel has spent part of his life serving at BluePay, Inc, a Financial service company that was later acquired by First Data Corporation and named Fiserv, he held the posts of Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology and was responsible for the overall technologies executing the platform’s operations and procedures.
