James Sun the co-founder of Devblock and MINTX. Devblock is a digital experience and transformation company with a focus on AI, CMS, and cloud services with clients ranging from Disney to eBay. MINTX is a new customer engagement platform to help global brands, celebs, and creators build deeper engagement with clients like Balmain and Mattel. James is an entrepreneur with deep expertise in CRM implementations and online communities where he built over 140M users. He is the owner of Dramabeans - the largest Korean drama community site helping 147M users in English language markets and BeautyTap – the first beauty enthusiast online review community. Previous to this, he was the founder & CEO of Pirq, a CRM mobile app used by over 10,000 SMBs and successfully acquired. James also has Fortune 500 experience where he served as an engineer at Intel and management consultant at Deloitte. James also comes with content and media experience where he was the producer and host of a program called “Sun Tzu War on Business" a co-collaboration between BBC (British Broadcasting Corp), Mediacorp, and CMMN. He was also a finalist contestant on NBC’s The Apprentice with Donald Trump and has publishing experience as the co-owner of Koream magazine, which was an award-winning monthly magazine dedicated to news, commentary, politics, lifestyle, and culture. He was also the owner of Audrey Magazine, which was an award-winning national publication covering Asian fashion.
