He is the owner of Dramabeans - the largest Korean drama community site helping 147M users in English language markets and BeautyTap – the first beauty enthusiast online review community. Previous to this, he was the founder & CEO of Pirq, a CRM mobile app used by over 10,000 SMBs and successfully acquired. James also has Fortune 500 experience where he served as an engineer at Intel and management consultant at Deloitte. James also comes with content and media experience where he was the producer and host of a program called “Sun Tzu War on Business" a co-collaboration between BBC (British Broadcasting Corp), Mediacorp, and CMMN. He was also a finalist contestant on NBC’s The Apprentice with Donald Trump and has publishing experience as the co-owner of Koream magazine, which was an award-winning monthly magazine dedicated to news, commentary, politics, lifestyle, and culture.
