After 11 years of extensive experience in the payments with Visa, where Irina led strategic partnership projects such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, and UEFA Women’s Football Champions League, and developed a keen focus on user experience and innovative payment solutions. During her time with Visa Europe Innovation team, Irina collaborated on open banking initiatives and user-centric product design projects. In 2022 Irina embarked on a new journey by launching her coaching business to help business leaders navigate change and cultivate lasting relationships with their teams and clients. In 2024, Irina joined the Rubic team as B2B Partnerships Lead to explore the world of crypto and leverage her passion for technology, blockchain philosophy, and the future of money. Irina’s mission is to impact mass adoption by simplifying complex things and making them user-friendly for everyone in their daily lives. Irina is dedicated to supporting efforts that streamline usability and accessibility in blockchain technology for a broader audience.
