Igor Barinov

Igor Barinov is a blockchain expert and serial entrepreneur who co-founded Block Notary, a blockchain-based notary service. He is currently a project manager of the POA Network, an Ethereum-based public blockchain network with a Proof-of-Authority consensus. Barinov is the "Manager at Blockscout @blockscoutcom", which is an open-source blockchain explorer and analytics platform. Barinov announced that the new Blockscout UI is now open source, allowing the community to contribute to its development. Barinov has won several blockchain hackathons and awards, demonstrating his technical expertise.
