Paul Grewal is the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Corporate Secretary at Coinbase, which is a digital currency wallet and platform. At present, working as Director at Zapproved, a software development firm designed specifically for corporate legal groups, and Director at Epiq, an international technology-enabled services leader in the legal industry. In 2020, involved in the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley providing free legal and advocacy services to Silicon Valley natives in need leading the role of director of the Nomination and Governance Committee.  


Began his career in August 1999, as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit based in Washington. Previously, Grewal was the Vice President and deputy general counsel of Facebook, where he was responsible for conducting legal research, reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents, and appearing in court for legal proceedings of Facebook dropped after working for more than four years. Later in 2000, began working as a partner at Howrey LLP where he served for ten long years.
