Haikel Ismail

Haikel Ismail is the Chief Risk Officer at Telekom Malaysia, responsible for managing the company's risk management strategy and ensuring compliance with regulations. He has extensive experience in internal audit, compliance, and risk management, having served in various leadership roles, including Head of Compliance at Renong Berhad Group and Chief Internal Auditor at Telekom Malaysia. Haikel is a Chartered Management Accountant with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK, and holds a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. He is also a member of the Board of Governors for the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia. Haikel has been a panelist at the APAC Risk Management Conference 2024 and has been recognized for his expertise in risk management and internal audit.
