BNB Chain's $1 billion growth fund is led by Gwendolyn Regina. The BNB Chain fund, which will be launched in 2021, intends to bring 1 billion crypto users on board, promoting BNB Chain and the wider blockchain sector acceptance. Streamlining processes around transaction sourcing, investment strategy, portfolio management, and growth are among her major tasks.

She heads the MVB incubation program, which she founded, and invests in promising initiatives in the web3 and MetaFi arena (GameFi, SocialFi, NFTs, and so on). She has worked in the media, technology, blockchain, and web3 industries for 16 years in Asia Pacific, Paris, and Silicon Valley. Gwen was previously the head of venture capital partnerships at Meta, where she developed the company's startup fast-track growth program. She was previously the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Entrepreneur First, a deep tech investment fund based in Paris. Gwen previously founded and sold the tech media company SGEntrepreneurs to Tech in Asia. Gwen also led Mashable's development into Asia, and she hosted a TV documentary on the Internet of Things for ChannelNewsAsia as a professional anchor. 

For the past decade, Gwen has given talks in Asia, Europe, and the United States. She frequently gives keynotes, moderates panels, and speaks at forums regarding the future of web3, media, and technology, including Unchained, SXSW, ad: tech, Seedstars, Startup Turkey, Channel News Asia, and other global events and podcasts.
