Frederic Lenoir, based in Paris, is currently serving as the Chief of New Services & Innovation Strategy at Natixis. He holds an ESCP Europe Master's degree and is a graduate of IEP Paris and Harvard Business School (USA). During his career, he has assumed increasing responsibilities in marketing, communication, digital strategy, and development, first at Bertelsmann and then in the Financial Times group, Les Echos. He joined Natixis Asset Management in 2006 as Marketing Director before becoming Director of Communications.
Frederic is skilled in digital strategy, marketing, data, innovation, communications, corporate social responsibility, and customer experience. He holds strong leadership and change management experience. He is responsible for developing new services and innovation strategies, as well as being a member of the executive committee at Natixis Interepargne. Frederic has extensive experience in digital projects and has worked in the financial and media industries since 1997.
