Hou is a well-known blockchain expert in higher education and has previously held the positions of CIO and Chief Digital Learning Officer in higher education for 20 years. As a multi-award-winning innovator, Hou has successfully implemented numerous blockchain solutions, such as the issuance of degree diplomas and transcripts on the blockchain and the automation of faculty contract administration and student services.
